Taxes may apply. Where purchases are made through app stores (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store), their terms and refund policies apply.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIC GLOBAL AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.
